JEE Advanced 2019 – IIT Roorkee has announced the result of JEE Advanced 2019 in online mode. Candidates can check the result online through candidate login portal. The final answer key has also been released by the authorities. The provisional answer key of JEE Advanced 2019 for Paper 1 and Paper 2 and question papers along with the response sheets of JEE Advanced 2019 were released earlier. The authorities have conducted JEE Advanced 2019 in computer based mode - Paper 1 (9 AM to 12 Noon) and Paper 2 (2 PM to 5 PM) on May 27. It was mandatory for candidates to attempt both Paper 1 and 2. The admit card of JEE Advanced 2019 was released on May 20. JEE Advanced 2019 registrations was open from May 3 till May 9 in online mode. Students of Odisha were provided with an extra time for applying to JEE Advanced till May 14. Counselling and allotment of seats will be done through JoSAA from June 16. The important dates for JOSAA have been released on June 15. Only the top 2,45,000 JEE Main 2019 qualified candidates

JEE Advanced Counselling & Seat Allotment 2019

The counselling for JEE Advanced qualified candidates is conducted by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). The registration for JoSAA 2019 has started from June 16 till June 25. All JEE Advanced 2019 qualified candidates will have to get registered through JoSAA to participate in the counselling process. Selection of preferred IITs and courses have to be done. Allotment will be done as per the ranking of the candidates along with their preference and availability of seats.

JEE Advanced 2019 Participating Institutes

The participating institutes of JEE Advanced 2019 consist of the 23 Indian Institute of Technology (IITs). The candidates will be able to apply for admissions to these IITs on the basis of their scores secured in the JEE Advanced examination. Around 10,988 seats are offered by the 23 participating IITs to eligible candidates. Candidates will also be able to apply for admissions to the following institutes separately:

JEE Advanced Result 2019

IIT Roorkee has declared the result of JEE Advanced 2019 on June 14. Candidates can now access the result in online mode. Individual subject scores, as well as total marks secured in the examination is available in the result. The All India Rank (AIR) secured by the candidates is also present in the result.

Steps to Download JEE Advanced 2019 Result

  1. Go to the official website of JEE Advanced 2019 (jeeadv.ac.in)
  2. Click on the result link
  3. The candidates will have to enter their JEE Advanced registration number and date of birth
  4. Click on Submit
  5. The result will be displayed on the screen. Candidates will have to print out the result for further use.

JEE Advanced Rank List 2019

Along with the result, the rank list of JEE Advanced 2019 has also been released. The rank list has been prepared only for those candidates who appeared for both Paper I and Paper of JEE Advanced 2019. The secured scores were taken into consideration while preparing the rank list. The rank list includes only those candidates who scored the minimum prescribed marks or more. It should be noted that the minimum prescribed marks were different for various categories.

JEE Advanced Answer Key 2019

JEE Advanced 2019 final answer key has been released by IIT Roorkee in online mode. The questions papers of JEE Advanced 2019 has also been released by the institute along with the answer key. Students can download the answer key of JEE Advanced 2019 for Paper 1 and Paper 2 and question papers by visiting the official portal. Students could raise their objection against the provisional answer key released by the institute from the candidate login.

JEE Advanced Admit Card 2019

The admit card of JEE Advanced 2019 was released on May 20. Candidates who registered for the examination could download their admit card till May 27. JEE Advanced 2019 admit card was an important document which the candidates were required to bring along to the examination centre. Without the admit card, the candidates were not allowed to attempt the examination. A photo identity proof also had to be carried by the candidates. Details about the examination venue, timings and more was available in the admit card.

JEE Advanced Eligibility Criteria 2019

All candidates who wished to apply for JEE Advanced 2019 were required to meet the requirements which have been set by the authorities concerned. These set of requirements are the eligibility criteria of JEE Advanced 2019. If the candidates were not able to meet the eligibility criteria, then they were not allowed to attempt the examination.

JEE Advanced Application Form 2019

IIT Roorkee released the application form of JEE Advanced 2019 on May 3 and was available till May 9. Before filling the application form, it was important for all candidates to check the eligibility criteria. It was important for the candidates to fill and submit the JEE Advanced 2019 application form since only the registered candidates were generated admit cards and are allowed to participate in the examination.

The steps to fill the application form of JEE Advanced 2019 consists of the following steps:

Step 1 – Registration: The candidates had to log in using JEE Main 2019 roll number and password. Additional information had to be submitted.

Step 2 – Uploading of Scanned Documents: Required documents had to be scanned and uploaded by the candidates.

Step 3 – Payment of Registration Fee: Next, the candidates had to pay the registration fee. The fee to be paid was different as per the category that the candidate belongs to. Candidates were able to make their payment through online (debit card/credit card/internet banking) or offline mode (cash using SBI option)

Step 4 – Printing of Confirmation Page: After the payment was done, the candidates had to submit the application form and take a print out of the confirmation page.

JEE Advanced Exam Pattern 2019

The exam pattern of JEE Advanced 2019 offers information about how the question paper would be like along with details such as the type of questions asked, marking scheme and more. JEE Advanced Mock Test 2019

IIT Roorkee had released the mock test of JEE Advanced 2019 for both Paper 1 and Paper 2. Students could practice the mock test available in JEE Advanced 2019 portal and could get familiar with the computer-based test pattern while also practicing for the examination. JEE Advanced 2019 mock test was available online to help the aspirants of the examination. The mock test was 180 minutes long and the candidates were able to navigate themselves between sections and mark their answers.

JEE Advanced Sample Papers 2019

Another way of preparing for the examination was by using the sample papers of JEE Advanced 2019. The pattern of the sample papers was similar to the real question papers of JEE Advanced. Using the sample papers, the candidates could practice for the examination while knowing more about the pattern, marking scheme, types of questions asked and more. Sample papers and past question papers are often recommended to the candidates by experts for preparation.

JEE Advanced Rank Predictor 2019

Before the results are announced, the candidates can check the probable secured ranks through the rank predictor of JEE Advanced 2019. After calculating their scores using the answer key, the candidates can use the tool developed by Careers360 to check what their ranks may be as per their category, scores and other submitted information.

JEE Advanced College Predictor 2019

After the result and ranks of the candidates are announced, the candidates can check the list of colleges where their chances of admission may be high through the college predictor of JEE Advanced 2019. To use the college predictor, the candidates will have to enter their ranks, preferred branches, category and more information. The list of colleges according to the level of chances of admission will be listed out for the candidates. This will allow the candidates to be prepared for the counselling process in which choice filling has to be done.

JEE Advanced Cutoff 2019

The minimum rank which the candidates have to secure for admissions into participating institutes constitutes the cutoff of JEE Advanced 2019. The cutoff ranks will be determined and released during the counselling process. Qualifying marks for the examination will also be released by the authorities. All of the candidates who meet the qualifying cutoff marks will be listed out in the rank list and marked eligible for the counselling and seat allotment process. JEE Advanced cutoff 2019 will act as a screening process for admissions.
